"Save the critters" starts at 3min.
Driving home yesterday I was hit by how much media has influenced my life. I was commenting to my wife about the large number of squished critters on the freeway. OK, yes, it's not a WoW reference, but one of those other sources... Sorry, brain is wired that way.. You gotta a friend in me, you gotta a friend in me! Darn you Randy Newman...

Anyway, so I started wondering if I use WoW references in my daily life.I could just imagine coming back from the store saying "I couldn't find the cake mix so I asked the NPC" or "I vendored all the kids toys."

I think today, I'll make it mission to use at least one WoW reference in my RL speak..

IMHO, spend your first points for herbalism or mining in 40 into [ botany ] or 35 into [ mining process ] so that you can gather while mounted.  I hate that the skinning trainer is standing immediately behind one of the leatherworking tables. I am constantly clicking on them.  I 100% agree with everyone that says the fishing profession needs a hat slot. We may need a secondary equipment slot for toons with a fishing ring.  I wish the crafting orders system worked 'better'. To complete "# of (profession) crafting orders" quests, my default is to go to my bank toon, and order low-level items. Gimme 3 bolts of cloth, or 2 handfuls of bolts, or 3 'profession equipment'. I sort of wish that when I specify a personal order, I could see their available recipes. Oh, look my hunter can make ___, lets's order 3 of those? Dragon High Flying

My first Dragon Flight update. Tuesday routine:  Check Great vault for my M+ item.   Pick up Catalyst quest  Pick up fill-the-bar 'aiding the accord' quest. Pick up weekly event quest (as long as not pvp, or pet battles).  Pick up profession quests (there are about 4), 2 from trainers, 2 from the Artisan's Consortium(?) Pick up and turn in mettle quest. Pick up 2 rep relic quests (turn in titan relics while there) Pick up the elemental shard quest Find and kill the world boss See if Storm's event is going on (this week world boss is in the primal future so 2-fer). Check timing on the 'fill-the-bar' community item (hunt this week), while flying out to say hi to Sabellian (already buds with Wrathion). Farm key fragments for 1 key. Turn in any totems, titan relics, etc that were saved from last week. Immediately closing that fill-the-bar quest. Repeat with alt, and the catalyst quest will complete.  Refresh a contract for free 100 rep!? None of my characters a...

 Hello adventurer,  I am excited to see you have joined us on this journey. You are joining other fellow champions, like yourself, to save the planet Azeroth from any number of villains.  Step 1: Pick a realm.  If you are a fan of multi-verse fiction, think of each realm as a different phase of the same planet. In IT terms, each realm is a cluster group. The differences here are only the population of people who call it home. With recent changes, realm lines are blurred so much that the realm doesn't really matter. You can share your gold and equipment across realms using the "warband" or account-bound bank. You can join guilds across realms (even factions).  Step 2: Character creation.  Build the character you enjoy. Experiment. Keep in mind that the gender and appearance can be changed in-game at the barber shop, but the race and class cannot. (unless you want to spend money).
